18 Heart Birthday Plaque

This is a rectangular piece of white painted 6mm MDF.

We handwrite the custom phrase along the top with black acrylic paint markers in the font shown.

It comes with up to 12 hearts below this wording.

Two lines of 6 hearts.

We stick each heart on with strong permanent double sided tape. The hearts can be carefully eased off  for future rearrangement though .

If less than six names are required , these hearts will be centred along the bottom unless otherwise requested.

These hearts come in three colours.

Red , Pink or Blue.

All the hearts are personalised with black acrylic paint markers.

We write the name on the top and the birth date the bottom of each heart.

These come with  an optional attached black chalkboard and stick of chalk. (€6 extra)

We handwrite “Next Birthday” in white on the top of the chalkboard.{unless otherwise requested}
Everything is sealed with water based varnish.

Each 12 Heart Birthday Plaque is personalised to create a unique way to remember all the special birthdays.

The plaque size is 25cm wide x 20cm tall x 6mm thick  and made from high quality MDF and professionally painted.

Each chalkboard is 10.5cm x 8.5cm x 6mm thick.

Each heart is 37mm x 32mm x 3mm thick.

Be sure to order a plaque large enough for any additional kids / grandkids.

The 18 Heart Birthday Plaque can be hung using the hemp cord provided.

Plaques are recommended for indoor use only.
